Excel is has a Center for ABA therapy for school-aged children in Livingston County.

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is the application of the principles of learning and motivation from Behavior Analysis, and the procedures and technology derived from those principles, to the solution of problems of social significance.

Tabitha J. Kirby

“If you’ve met one person with autism, you’ve met one person with autism,” - Dr. Stephen Shore.

 

Tabitha J. Kirby, M.A., BCBA graduated from the Ohio State University with her BA in Psychology in 1998
and graduated with honors with her MA in Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis in 2005. Ms.
Kirby began working with people with developmental disabilities in 1994, and specifically with children
with Autism in 1997. She has provided behavioral services in-home, clinic, school and community
settings. In the last 21 years, Tabitha has worked with hundreds of people on the Autism Spectrum,
ages 18 months to adult.

Justin Collins

B.C.B.A.

"I'm very grateful to be joining an organization that will be working with individuals in the community that I live in.  My hope is to help provide excellent services that help give individuals with disabilities the most independence and continue to be productive members in our community."

 

Justin Collins is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has been serving populations with special needs for almost a decade. He completed his undergraduate studies at Western Michigan University and started his graduate studies at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Justin completed his Masters through Capella University after transitioning back to Michigan to start his family.
