Interest and aptitude assessments:
Short work experiences at various community employment sites compatible with identified skills and interests. Detailed reports include strengths, interests, goals,work skills and the potential for successful employment


Career Preparation and Employability Skills Training

Training and activities designed to teach all facets of preparing for,securing and maintaining successful community employment


Job Placement

Assistance with locating jobs, applying, interviewing, Making the necessary job coaching arrangements and workplace accommodations for successful employment


Follow-Along and Job Retention Services

Individually tailored follow-along plan based on level of independence and existing barriers to facilitate longevity on the job and positive work experiences


School and Career Exploration Services

These services are currently being offered through our Washtenaw County office

  • Lunch and Learn Workshops

  • Career Exploration classes

  • 1:1 work experience/soft skills classes

  • Businesses Services Network collaborative project
